We sell only USDA Grade A honey. No matter the varietal of honey or geographical region, we set high Food Safety and Quality industry standards for ourselves and our suppliers.
Smitty Bee Honey, Inc. utilizes two independent DAkkS and AOAC Certified honey laboratory testing facilities to ensure our regulated standards are met. Our knowledgeable staff follows strict self-imposed guidelines to ensure every batch of Smitty Bee Honey is at its best. The Smitty Bee Honey, Inc. FSQA staff are formally trained, certified, and constantly updating their knowledge base in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to safeguard our honey meets all requirements and Food Safety elements. Honey is not released for production until it undergoes rigorous authenticity testing, adulteration testing, and evaluations. Our many years of experience at hand selecting raw products ensure we are selling the highest quality honey to our customers.
