• 4 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Smitty Bee Honey
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • 1/2 t. fresh black pepper
  • 1/2 t. cumin
  • 4 large or 6 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts


Whisk the first six ingredients in a bowl.  Add the chicken and the marinade to a large zip-top plastic bag.  Seal the bag and turn it over in your hands until the chicken is evenly covered. Place the bag in the bottom of a rectangular baking dish and place in the refrigerator. Let the chicken marinate a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.  When you are ready to cook the chicken, preheat the grill to medium for 10 minutes. Drop the temperature down to medium-low and place chicken on the grill.  Cook the chicken approximately 8 minutes per side (depending on the thickness) until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
