• 2 cups natural peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
  • 1 ¾ c. Smitty Bee Honey Raw Clover honey
  • 2 ¼ cups whey protein (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 3 cups quick oats


Melt peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over low heat.  Mix protein powder and oats in a mixing bowl.  Make a well in the dry mixture and add peanut butter and honey.  Mix thoroughly.  Press mixture into a 9×13 pan.  Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting.  Recipe yields 24 bars.
